1. Microsoft Office Training This course will introduce, demonstrate and guide the participants to use Microsoft Office i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Integration in Office365. The course is appropriate for Microsoft Office existing users and new users who need to understand how to efficiently use and apply the Microsoft Office features and performing data/file integration for their company.
2. Macroeconomics for Effective Managerial Decision Making This course will provide managers an understanding of how macroeconomic structures can be used to evaluate and make market decisions. This course applies economic principles and approaches to help managers comprehend and address management issues. It provides the best solutions to managerial decision-making challenges.
3. Global Financial Markets, Strategies & Tools This course is targeted at managers without a financial background, investors, and intrapreneurs. It is designed to help the participants to become an informed investor by providing them with the essential concepts for long-term success in managing money. They will learn a wide range of financial instruments available, their features, and valuations. They will explore how financial markets operate in the real world, focusing on how and where securities are traded and how various market types differ from one another in practice.
4. Certificate in Fundamental Accounting The basic aim of this program is to provide a broad overview of fundamental concepts of accounting as required for day today life, both business firms as well as in the family members. 6. Developing and Sustaining Creativity: A Soft Skill for Thriving in an Uncertain Future This training is initiated for the purpose of aiding leaders to understand the role of creativity skills for organisations and how it can be leveraged to better maximize profits and navigate the technological volatility that threatens the future of work and increases the uncertainty plaguing today’s hypercompetitive business environment. Strategic thinking and behavioural precepts grounded on creativity skills would be explored, and investigated to foster the acquisition of methods for initiating and fostering creativity skills in the workforce. By leveraging on sound industry-academic tenets, trainees would be schooled on how to analyse behavioural attributes that bolster stakeholders’ creativity skills. With the aid of strategically created diverse teams, trainees would learn how to cross-fertilize creative ideas needed for sustaining stakeholders’ creativity skills and develop strategic thinking capabilities engineered by creativity skills. 8. Managing Destination Images as Safe and Healthy Tourism Destinations This program will provide policy makers, tour guides and managers in the tourism industry with the strategies and tools to develop and enhance the image of Malaysia as a preferred wellness destination. Participants will be exposed to the influence of health-related environmental factors, perceived destination restorative qualities (PDRQ) and well- being settings and situations on wellness destination image. It will enhance the knowledge of the participants on the influence of wellness destination image on the wellness tourists’ health improvement expectations and their destination loyalty behavior. Participants could use their knowledge to promote wellness destinations in Malaysia to ensure the success of the tourism industry as highlighted in the National Tourism Policy 2020-2030 and the Shared Prosperity Vision 2030.
9. Rising Stars in Tourism: Ecotourism in a Post-COVID World Ecotourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the tourism industry. It has great potential for building local economies, provide opportunities for cultural exchange and encourage sustainable development in tourism. This course aims to convey the fundamentals of modern ecotourism as it is being practiced now. The course aims to explore what ecotourism is about and build your knowledge of marketing theories and concepts in the ecotourism industry. Broadly, the course will focus on areas in developing ecotourism marketing opportunities and strategies within the context of the need for environmental conservation.
10. SMEs: Start Small, Go Green and Grow Green After successful completion of this short course, the participants will be able to:

11. Destination Branding and Social Media Marketing Praxis in Rural Hospitality and Tourism Space This training program will provide insights into destination branding strategies and social media marketing praxis in rural hospitality and tourism destinations. This course is carefully designed to reskill tourism destination management officers, managers, marketers from destination marketing organisations, tourism entrepreneurs, visitors’ information officers, and officers from the ministry of tourism, and local government council saddled with the responsibilities of promoting tourism related activities within their jurisdictions. Besides, participants will be introduced to emerging digital destination branding, and disruptive digital technologies in rural hospitality and tourism space in COVID-19 pandemic era in order to attract potential visitors and encourage repeat visits by the previous tourists.
12. 14. Understanding Business Model Canvas and Entrepreneurship Mind-set The training program is designed to provide insights into business canvas model and its application including the extended building blocks. This training is also aimed at providing safety net during and post COVID-19 pandemic for a high-tech industry in view of demand for global renewable energy and calls to reduce gas flaring.
